"Dear All, I just wanted to take the time to tell you what a wonderful experience it was getting my lovely granite counter tops from you. It was the BEST buying experience I've ever had.
Hannah took all the time in the showroom I needed to make my decision. It's very hard to pick one beautiful stone for your home. They are all so captivating. She answered every question I had with confidence that only comes from experience. There's no 'part time' people working there. They are dedicated pros with years of experience. What a treat to find people so knowledgeable.
The install crew was unbelievable! We set up a date for the measurement. They showed up exactly on time. When's the last time that happened. A template was made, and get this, 6 - yes SIX days later they show up to install the stone!! I thought it would take a month. They consulted with me about the way I'd like the stone to be cut and did it my way. I felt like Sinatra.
I have a fairly long counter and I thought it would have to have 2 seams in the stone. No, I was told the owner wanted to do it with only one hardly noticeable seam by the sink. 2 guys show up for the install, then 2 more. Why? Because the stone was large and took 4 people to lift. It took all 4 men to grunt the stone up on the cabinets and set it in place. I thanked them very much for their effort and 2 left for the shop. Only later did I find out one guy was the owner. The owner!! That is commitment to the customer the likes I've never seen before.
Needless to say I was completely impressed with their efforts. The counter looks amazing and the workmanship flawless.
Did I mention the price? It was the best I found anywhere, and I shopped around.
In closing you made it all so pleasurable I could never consider calling anyone else. A big thumbs up to all in your crew."

She was so helpful in helping me choose the perfect granite for my countertops - she listened to what I wanted - stayed in my price range - gave me lots of ideas and choices, always called me back promptly - this gal knows her stuff!! The guys who installed my countertops did an excellent job as well. They were friendly, on time and cleaned up after each installation.
